- Does the products discolor?
Our products contain materials such as copper, titanium steel, and S925 silver. Copper & titanium steel products might have a really low risk of discoloration, we suggest not to wash them with soap or other chemicals. Basic cleaning with water or wipe should be fine. Our S925 silver products have no risk of discoloration and you are safe to wear them in the shower or swim.
- Why do my S925 products turn black?
It is completely normal that S925 silver oxidizes and turns black over time. We include silver polishing cloth along with the item you purchase, which can be used to clean silver products and make them bright again.
- If I have sensitive skin, do I get allergic to the product?
We have listed the materials that the product is made of, please confirm you are not allergic before purchasing. We recommend buying S925 silver products if you have sensitive skin since it is less common for people to be allergic to silver. All our earrings also contain S925 silver needles.
