Preorder Policy

OVERVIEW

Our preorder policy is designed to facilitate the purchase of items that are temporarily out of stock. Kindly review the following details regarding preorders:

1. Preorder Availability:

• Preorders are available for items that are currently out of stock but can be ordered in advance to secure your place in line for when the item becomes available again.
• The estimated restock date will be 3 - 6 weeks. Please make sure you agree to this time before purchasing a preorder product.

2. Payment and Charges:

• Payment is processed at the time of placing the preorder to reserve the item.
• Your credit card or payment method will be charged immediately upon placing the preorder.

3. Shipping and Fulfillment:

• preordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available and upon completion of our quality checks.
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your preorder is dispatched.

4. Refunds and Returns:

• Our standard refund and exchange policy apply to preordered items. There is no refund to preorder except the product your purchased is defected. Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy for more information.
